SOLICITOR ASSIST is a modern, proactive Company providing Client Liaison and Investigative Support Services to the Personal Injury Sector of the Legal Profession. The Company was founded in 2002.
We provide support to some of the most successful Legal Firms in the UK and have completed numerous and varied instructions on their behalf. These completed instructions now number in their tens of thousands.
We
continually invest in and improve the Services we provide, and our Services are now available throughout
England & Wales.
Coverage is achieved through a network of Regional Agents who, by making personal home visits to your clients, ensure the correct completion, secure collection and safe return of detailed documents and photography.
As a Modern Business, we realise the vital importance of email. It is used, wherever practical, to ensure the fastest possible turnaround times for our solicitors' instructions. This awareness of the importance of completing work correctly and promptly is implicit in all work we carry out.
Our Regional Agents – predominately retired Police Officers – have completed training in aspects of Conditional Fee Agreements, Taking of Statements, Client & Witness Tracing, RTA Locus Reports, etc.
Many of our Regional Agents have invested in their chosen field, qualifying as Accident Investigators with the College of Personal Injury Investigation, one of the many organisations with which we have close ties. Agents' training is continuous and all agents’ work is subject to close, ongoing assessment and scrutiny.
We operate a random Client Satisfaction Survey. These are conducted by experienced Head Office staff and provide up to date client feedback on the service levels being delivered by our Regional Agents.
